Shipping
All deliveries are either hand delivered or sent by Sendle. Delivery time is approximately 2-14 days depending on stock availability. You will be notified promptly of any delays due to materials being out of stock or discontinued.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns
For made to order products, we cannot guarantee we will accept returns, unless it is a production defect. We will review each request on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your order number, your contact details and the reason you are returning your product and we will assess and contact you to discuss your request.
For ready made items purchased from our online shop, we will accept returns as long as the item is returned in saleable order, inlcuding all tags and the orginal invoice. The item must be returned in protective packaging (as it was received) and shipping costs must be paid by you. Please contact us before returning the item.
If the item has a production defect, we will accept returns and provide a replacement product (where possible), an exchange or refund. Please contact us to discuss.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your ready made order and it has not yet been shipped, we will stop the process and refund your payment in full.
If you wish to cancel your made to order product and we have not yet started the production process, we will stop the process and refund your payment in full. If we have already started the production process, we will assess the order and may still be able to refund your payment. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
All requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
Product Quality and Variations
The procucts sold by lampelier are handmade and while we try to ensure all of our products look as close as possible to the photographic representations displayed on our website, please understand that subtle variations will occur. We consider this to be a normal part of what makes our handmade products unique.
Currency
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices exclude shipping charges.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express all through PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You do not need a paypal account to make purchases.
